Returns & Exchanges

At COAX Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
